At YFC (formerly FiitKids), we want to see today’s kids grow up to be strong, fit and independent. Our specially designed group fitness classes help kids and teenagers to develop a lifelong love of fitness. The classes are inspired by callisthenics, gymnastics and functional movements to help your kids become strong and resilient.

Your child will learn about teamwork and independent discipline in a fun environment. Our fitness sessions are suitable for kids aged from 4 to 17 of all fitness levels. Each class is led by a fully qualified coach specialising in kids fitness who can make sure your child is not just included but striving to be their best. Whether your child wants to improve their strength to support their other sports or activities or just has some extra energy to burn, we can help!

Our programs are specially designed with physical development stages in mind so you can be sure your child is learning skills and movements in line with their physiological development with kids the same age. Our program includes classes for Juniors (ages 4 -6), Kids (ages 7 - 12) and Teens (ages 13 and up). You can choose to book on a casual basis or book for the whole term to save!
